Orange You Glad It's hCG-Friendly? NewMeMD 's Orange Ginger Chicken

hCG-Friendly Orange Ginger Chicken

Ingredients
- 100 grams chicken, cut into chunks
- 1 orange, cut into quarters
- 2 to 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp. fresh ginger root (about ½ to 1 long piece, peeled and minced)
- ½ tsp. basil
- juice from half a lemon

- black pepper

Directions
1. Preheat pan over medium heat.
2. Sprinkle chicken with pepper.
3. Add chicken to pan and stir fry until brown on all sides (for about 5-10 minutes).
4. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
5. Squeeze juice of orange quarters over chicken.
6. Peel and separate orange into sections. Add orange sections, ginger, lemon, juice and basil. Stir.
7. Cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
8. Cool down, serve and enjoy eating hCG-friendly (makes 1 serving)!
