That's How We Roll: NewMeMD 's hCG -Friendly Chicken & Spinach Roll-Ups

Let's face it-- Chicken can get boring... especially if you're on a VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) along with your prescription hCG weight loss program.

But with just six simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep time, however, your poultry platter doesn't have to be so blah... Why not try out this great new recipe from our NewMeMD wellness team for supper tonight?!

hCG -Friendly Chicken & Spinach Roll-Ups


Ingredients
- 3.5 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- 1 oz. (or 2 tbsp.) of fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Melba Toast round
- 1/2 cup low sodium broth

Directions
1. Pound chicken breast flat.
2. Saute spinach with lemon juice and garlic.
3. When cooked, mound spinach in the middle of the chicken and roll up.
4. Top with hCG -friendly spices of your choice, along with crumbled up Melba Toast round.
5. Place in baking pan and add broth.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
7. Cool, serve & enjoy eating hCG -friendly (makes 1 serving)!
